Exercise classes taught by:
April Sargeant Huckabey CPT, CES, Nutritionist, Neuroboxing, Rock Steady Boxing, PWR! Moves, The Boxing Fitness Academy, Urban Pole Walking, and Senior Fitness Certified coaches an exercise program that attacks these conditions at their vulnerable neurological points.

Training focuses on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time, coordination, posture, and balance. Workouts include heavy bags, core work, calisthenics, circuit training, and much more!

No boxing or previous exercise experience is necessary and people of all ages and fitness levels are invited and encouraged to participate!
